At Hiizoo, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide!


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed.

  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit.

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

📦 UK: 7–10 business days
📦 Other Countries: 10–15 business days

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays, peak times, or due to customs checks. These factors are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause delays or cancellation. If our system flags an issue, our support team will contact you by email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, the order may be cancelled.

  • If you need to update your shipping information, please email us at SupportHiizoo@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make updates, but we cannot guarantee changes after this window.


Delayed Delivery

At Hiizoo, we understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather or transportation issues

  • Courier delays outside of our control

  • Customs processing times

  • Product availability or address verification

We will always do our best to keep you updated if your order is delayed. However, Hiizoo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is handed to our courier, responsibility for safe delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at SupportHiizoo@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

  • While Hiizoo is not liable for lost or stolen packages and they fall outside of our refund policy, we will do everything possible to support you. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

  • If theft is suspected, we also recommend filing a police report.
